Handling Complaints About Other People or Dogs.

Our policy in dealing with complaints is to receive and carefully document as many details as possible. We then craft the gathered information into a form letter. This letter is meant to be informational and will not include any identifying information about the complainant or incident. After the letter is created, we will do our best to get the letter to the dog owner the complaint is about.

The intent of this process is to make people aware and give them the opportunity to try to change things for the better. We do not wish to insult or berate anyone, but rather hope to bring about real, positive change for the safety and enjoyability of everyone who uses the park.

We will receive complaints (as well as compliments and other coorespondence) through email or snail mail. Valid complaints should include, to the best of your ability, as many details as is possible including who, what, when, where, and why.
